By accessing or using ClickCaption, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. About ClickCaption

ClickCaption is an AI-powered caption generation application developed by Kripesh Adwani, operating under Cyberclaw Technologies (UpskillAI).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClickCaption.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClickCaption for:

• illegal activities
• harassment or abusive behavior
• hate speech
• sexually explicit content
• misleading or harmful content
• fraud or impersonation
• violating intellectual property rights
• attempting to disrupt or abuse the service

4. AI-Generated Content

ClickCaption uses AI systems to generate captions and related suggestions. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or unexpected outputs.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated captions before sharing or publishing.

5. Intellectual Property

The ClickCaption application, branding, design, and related assets are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of the content and photos they upload.

6. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded materials.

7. Third-Party Services

ClickCaption may rely on third-party infrastructure providers for AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, subscription management, and app performance services.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

ClickCaption offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (such as Pro Monthly and Pro Annual).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management & Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. ClickCaption does not issue refunds directly; any refund requests must be directed to Apple Customer Support.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of ClickCaption at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickCaption and its developers shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, reputational loss, or issues arising from AI-generated content.

11. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of ClickCaption after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
