Welcome to ClickCaption. ClickCaption is an AI-powered photo caption generation application developed by Kripesh Adwani, operating under Cyberclaw Technologies (UpskillAI).

Photos You Upload

When you use ClickCaption, you may upload photos for caption generation. These photos are securely transmitted to third-party AI processing services solely for generating captions and related content.

We do not sell your images or use them for advertising purposes.

Generated Captions

Generated captions may be stored locally on your device to support caption history and recent generations.

Analytics & Diagnostics

ClickCaption may collect limited anonymous analytics and diagnostic information to improve app performance and reliability.

3. AI Processing

Locally stored data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the application.

ClickCaption currently does not require account creation.

ClickCaption may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, and app infrastructure.

ClickCaption is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We take reasonable measures to protect user information, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

ClickCaption offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual plans). All payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. ClickCaption does not collect, store, or process your payment information.

Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat to enable Pro features. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or via the ClickCaption Settings screen.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of ClickCaption after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
